Very disappointed to see the disparaging way my concerns were spoken about to my partner while negotiating a BFA. In response to the owners reply: it is your role to provide frank and objective advice, not to become involved in relationship dynamics and turn people against one another. Inappropriate perhaps but people seeking law services need reviews to know what type of person they are paying for their work and whether their values align with the service provided. Someone who values their relationship and seeks an amicable arrangement wouldn't choose this firm as they work against that value. Speaks volumes that every negative review is responded to and challenged also.

KJB law assisted me throughout a troubled separation with an ex-partner, special mention to both Jay Riddle and Des Moore, who were able to go above and beyond in helping me achieve a great settlement, and for providing me ongoing support throughout a lengthy and often draining process. Jay became familiar with my case, and was able to provide expert advice, whilst assisting me with all areas of my case, I cannot recommend him enough to anyone else going through a similar circumstance in regard to a a family law matter. Jay is an absolute star!

I did not love the service we were provided by KJB. It felt like I was always in the dark and needing to chase the answers to questions I had myself rather than having things explained in plain English. If I purchase another home, I would not use KJB for conveyancing. I would take more time and find someone who would take the time to explain the contract, summarise better, and keep me informed of the steps along the way. The redemption for the 2nd star came through right at the end chasing settlement. Other than that, would not recommend.
